More fun with eBay

I sold two more items: a bead scarf with calligraphy by 66th High Priest Nittatsu Shonin ($14.99), and emblems from my 1971 Impala, bid up from $14.99 to $31.00.

Fun with eBay

I think I had beginner's luck with my first item, a pair of speakers. At one point 11 people were watching them. A local person bought them for fifty bucks, good thing too because they would have been a pain in the ass to ship.

Next I sold the cordless phones we replaced because we mistakenly thought they didn't work. $9.99!

Then my Buffy doll, er, action figure, which a co-worker gave to me as a joke. $14.99!

Fire in the Lotus, also for $14.99. An item with a very small audience.

Mattel matchbox airplanes, also $14.99.

A bunch of coins from my step-grandfather's travels. I made sure none were worth anything. This was the first time more than one person bid on an item. It was bid up from $7.99 to $17.84!

I almost gave up on this almost 20 year-old software when I decided to try one more time. Success!
